Deborah Bourque, LSWA
Community Outreach Director at Adult Day Health Care
Deborah is a dedicated Community Outreach and Attendance/Admission Coordinator with over 15 years of experience in the senior care industry.
With a deep passion for improving the lives of older adults, especially those living with Alzheimer’s and dementia, Deborah has made it her mission to enhance the quality of life for seniors and help them enjoy the skills and abilities they still possess.
Deborah’s career in geriatrics began organically when she volunteered at an assisted living facility while raising her young children. It was here that she discovered her true calling and quickly developed a love for working with the geriatric population. Over the years, Deborah has become a trusted expert in dementia care, earning her Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) certification and becoming a Licensed Social Work Associate (LSWA).
In her current role, Deborah manages community outreach efforts, connecting with medical offices, apartment managers, and community partners, while helping to schedule appointments for potential participants. She also provides invaluable support to the Attendance and Admissions team, ensuring smooth operations and seamless communication.
Deborah’s expertise has also led her to serve as a speaker for the Alzheimer’s Association in Massachusetts, where she shared her knowledge on dementia care and solidified her reputation as a passionate advocate for those living with cognitive impairments.
Outside of her professional life, Deborah enjoys traveling, Pilates, yoga, dancing, and attending music festivals—particularly those celebrating R&B and blues. Her diverse interests reflect her vibrant personality and her commitment to living life to the fullest, just as she encourages others to do.
With her extensive experience and deep commitment to senior care, Deborah is a trusted and compassionate resource for families, seniors, and communities alike.
